Adult Learning

Weekly courses for adults, covering topics such as maths, English and ICT for both personal development and to provide parents with the confidence to support their children’s academic, social and emotional development.
Courses typically last from 6 to 12 weeks, 2 hours per week, often in schools, children’s centres and other community venues. Learn alongside other adults in groups of up to 12, in an environment that’s fun, relaxed, focussed and responsive to the needs of each learner.

Parenting – Triple P
“Great course. Very useful for every parent. I really liked that we could discuss our own experiences as well as general rules and ways of dealing with children.”

Maths – KUWTC
“Mum’s originally from Pakistan. She’s been coming to keep up with me in English and Maths so she can help me with my homework. Since the course, every day from 6-7 we do maths. She starts off easy and makes it harder. She’s improved. She didn’t know what 8 squared was but she went to maths class and now she does.”
