Natilie's Credentials

Natilie Alford

Natilie graduated with a BSC Hons in Sports Science and has been a trainer for a number of years, specialising in weightloss, boxercise, body tone, core strength and stability, motivational training and nutrition. She is also a highly experienced kickboxer and has won several titles including the World Kickboxing Association (WKA) British Champion and the British & International Kickboxing & Martial Association title (BIKMA).

What Nalilie Says

'One of the best parts of my job is helping people change their lives. I am able to advise on nutrition and exercise and motivate people to reach their goals. Whether it's helping a new mother get back into shape, training someone for competition or just motivating someone to stick with their exercise plan, it's a great feeling when someone realises their aim.'

Hiring a personal trainer is a great way to get fit and Natilie is flexible about sessions.

'Depending on circumstances, bespoke personal training is not only more effective than a gym, it can also be more convenient. I am happy to visit my clients at their homes or wherever they choose and if two friends want to train together, I am more than happy to take group sessions. For me, building a relationship with my clients is one of the most important things. Exercise isn't supposed to be a punishment, so it's vital that people find a form of exercise that they enjoy and if they can train with someone they get on with, exercise can become a pleasure.'

We look forward to hearing from you if we can be of help in any way!
